UN announces major change in tension and Kashmir status in occupied Kashmir

New York (CPP) – The UN Secretary General has expressed concern over the Indian initiative to change tension and the special status of Kashmir in occupied Kashmir. The World Bank is concerned about increasing tensions. When asked about the Secretary General’s role in ending the regional crisis, he said that the Secretary-General has given his stance on this several times before and he is still standing on his stand.
 
He said that Pakistan and India should resolve all disputed issues, including Jammu and Kashmir, through dialogue. With the consent of India and Pakistan, the Secretary General’s Office is ready to play its role. Pakistan has always expressed its willingness to offer, but India is rejecting it. The situation in the tension is concerned and it is being reviewed. The UN Secretary-General’s Spokesman said that the UN is also aware of the imposition of sanctions by the Indian government in occupied Jammu and Kashmir. The spokesman said that a group of UN military observers for Pakistan and India witnessed an increase in military activity on the Line of Control. He said that the WTO appeals to all parties to take restraint; Kashmir is a contentious area recognized by the United Nations.
